What inspired you to start your own business?
After about 8years of working in the healthcare sector as a carer, support worker and now a Learning Disabilities Nurse, I was able to see what works and what doesn't, i understood the importance of having trained and competent staff and its impact on patients' care and safety. I decided to establish her own team to make a difference to the people in the community.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff must complete the infection control training, covid 19 awareness training before commencing work. the majority of our staff are fully vaccinated. We listen to our clients and will respect their choice of staff.

Our Nurses are responsible for providing medical care to patients by monitoring vital signs, gathering information about healthcare problems, offering advice and emotional support, creating treatment plans for patients, Awareness of mental health disorders, Learning disabilities, Autism and age related illnesses.
