What inspired you to start your own business?
After about 8years of working in the healthcare sector as a carer, support worker and now a Learning Disabilities Nurse, I was able to see what works and what doesn't, i understood the importance of having trained and competent staff and its impact on patients' care and safety. I decided to establish her own team to make a difference to the people in the community.

My background as a learning disabilities nurse, means that I know the quality of care needed to be delivered, and what manner of staff are needed to deliver these effectively. Which is why at S & N flexi Agency Ltd, we operate a value based recruitment approach to select employees based on their individual values and behaviours and provide well nurtured workers who deliver safe and quality care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff must complete the infection control training, covid 19 awareness training before commencing work. the majority of our staff are fully vaccinated. We listen to our clients and will respect their choice of staff.
Health Care Assistants / Support Workers
We're recruit and provide resilient Carers Who Can Provide Compassionate, High Quality Care. Fully Trained to deliver 24/7 Live In Care, Assist and Support with all aspects of Personal care needs, Domestic support, Shopping calls, Assistance with meals, Medication administration, recording and reporting.
Nurses (RGN, RMN, RLDN)
Our Nurses are responsible for providing medical care to patients by monitoring vital signs, gathering information about healthcare problems, offering advice and emotional support, creating treatment plans for patients, Awareness of mental health disorders, Learning disabilities, Autism and age related illnesses.
