We like to do the best we can to bring a smile to those we are caring for and their families. We love to make a difference and just improving people's quaity of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need for care in Kentis growing.Ofthe independent providers operating,there a number ofsmall
and not professionally operated. Quality is essence and with the experience gained by the
director the philosophy will be to provide quality services. The opportunity is for a well-run
domiciliary care provider who can establish relationships with industry and sector professionals.
All these aims are well within the director’s skill set and past proven experience.

Aim: To provide a person-centred domiciliary care service to everyone (aged 18-65) who uses our
service by involving the person and their family in the plan of care that will be delivered by caring
competent and compassionate staff. To recognize the person’s diversity ensuring religious, cultural,
racial and gender identities are respected and to request clients and their carers to respect the rights
of staff to the same non- discriminatory approach. Our service aims to provide a person-centred
service based upon best practice that focuses upon the assessed needs of people who use our service
and input from their family.
Objective: The care plan shows how the person and their family have been involved in the plan of
care. The assessment of need is based on best practice. The Care plan shows the support Service Users
receive to retain their independence. Religion and diversity form part of the care plan. Complaints are
reviewed to ensure staff have not been discriminated against. The assessment of need is based on best practice.

Counselling services as we have a qualified BABCP Therapist within the team. This will only be provided on request.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a comprehensive infection control policy which all staff need to adhere to. This also includes dealing with COVID infections. We also have training in place to ensure that our staff are kept up to date with any changes within the health and social care sector.
