Cleaners were ok, however kitchen extractor fan and limescale from the bathroom were not cleaned, and landlord had requested for re-cleaning. Contacted RZ but got ignored and eventually my number was blocked by them. The owner was also rude and asked me to pay for additional parking when the team had went to the wrong carpark. Can't believe I paid 250 pounds to clean a one bedroom apartment just to get this cheap service. More...

I booked to have my flat deep cleaned. I explained that I suffer from depression and I really had not been coping. My flat was in complete despair.
I hadn't left my flat in over 3 weeks. It was disgusting.
