How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
By instructing an architect or structural engineer to do a survey. This will let the customer know what realistically can be made of the space in the loft and whether the customer has the budget to match the expectation.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?

How long have you been in business?
Have been in business over 5 years mainly offering project management services for refurbishment projects and contract management. However, have now expanded the service to incorporate complete project delivery from inception to completion to offer a better service to customers.

What do you love most about your job?
I love most about my job is being able to bring customers conceptual ideas into reality seeing the joy it brings them. Also, i get great satisfaction renewing redundant fixings and making improvements to buildings giving them a new lease of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Getting tired of people telling me it cant be done or it will never work, Therefore, I wanted to show everyone my conceptual designs can work and will work, just requires thinking outside the box a bit.

I will be realistic on what can be achieved in the ideas clients have and let them know what their budgets will afford them to do. I will listen to the brief and and be able to make suggestions where I think value can be added. I am able to offer a value for money service and deliver on their project requirements within tight time frames.

Yes, clients can get in touch through our website where we can respond and in most cases offer a quote within 24 hours. We also can do virtual meetings through Zoom at a clients convenience. We can carry out site visits if need be.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We practice social distancing, where appropriate PPE and can hold virtual meetings at customers requests.
