I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Rycroft Autotech Ltd, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.
I initially approached them with an issue I was experiencing with my Nissan Leaf and requested a thorough inspection, despite having already performed one at Halford. I was assured by the service provider that they had a superior system for inspecting the vehicle.
Regrettably, the experience only went downhill from there. After conducting the inspection, I was informed that the problem was undoubtedly related to the brake pressure. At this point, I recalled the service provider mentioning that if the issue did not turn out to be related to brake pressure, they would refund the inspection fee. However, they now conveniently claim they are unable to honor this promise due to the need for a brake fluid change, for which they inexplicably lack the necessary fluid.
In an effort to clarify the situation and confirm what was previously communicated to me, I contacted the service provider and booked an appointment with a Nissan garage to address the problem. However, to my dismay, the service provider chose to block my communication, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
I would have been willing to give the service provider a fair rating for their work, had they acted with transparency and professionalism. However, their unfulfilled promises, lack of proper communication, and the subsequent blocking of my attempts to reach out have left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, my experience with Rycroft Autotech Ltd has been marked by poor customer service, broken promises, and an overall lack of professionalism. I strongly advise others to consider these factors before engaging their services.

This is the best service from any garage or mobile mechanic that I have ever been to! So many additional touches during the service, such as adding new batteries to my keys, cleaning up the engine, cleaning out the turbo with some specialised fluids that I just about understood. This is a guy who will go that extra mile and half and give you 200% to make sure you are ok. He and his brother really enjoy their work and I think that it what makes them the best that I have ever had the pleasure to have assistance from. Outstanding service...Lost all power to my car on the way to dropping my little boy at school..The alternator had gone.. .He came and met me there at the exact time we had agreed...Got me home...Ordered the part,all fixed just a few hours later...Such a nice guy couldn’t help me enough...I also needed my oil topping up when he did my free safety check...But I didn’t have any,He collected some for me without me knowing knocked at my door 10 mins after he had left,and topped it up at no extra charge...Amazing service thanks again....Will never use anyone else More...
