From start to finish Ryan offered an exceptional service. Initially I made an enquiry to fix a leak in my garden pond and Ryan called promptly and arranged a visit the very next day.
When he saw what needed to be done he gave me a quote that fitted within my budget which included a full pond liner refit to help get the pond looking attractive not just to me but also the fish!!

He arrived within the time agreed, worked non-stop and delivered an exceptional service going far beyond my expectations!
I had an issue with rats that had managed to get in to the the outside of the pond liner which for the last six months resulted in me having to keep topping up the pond with water every few days. This caused me a bit of stress and frustration, however, Ryan has honestly done a fantastic job recreating the pond, cementing gaps to prevent any more rats along with a redesign to a high quality. He even sorted out the filter pipes and put in a far better rubber pond liner which has a guarantee of 25 years!!!

Ryan is a truly great guy who is very honest and will deliver a service above and beyond what you would expect. I would highly recommend him for any pond or water feature you need doing. Ryan contacted me promptly and let me know that the pond fibreglass work I wanted could not be done in the winter. I'll talk to him again when it warms up.

They were very efficient and certainly seemed to know what they were doing. My pond has not had any maintenance for many years certainly before I “inherited”it on moving to my property.
