What do you love most about your job?
Caring for our client , promoting independent living in the community, as a care giver, we have the opportunity to empower our clients and thier families with knomledge and by doing this, i know we are making a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People were having avoidable prolonged stay in hospital because there was severe shortages of carers upon discharge so , i was inspired to start this business to reduce the impact of shortages.
My father was diagnosed with cancer during covid-19 time and required carer support 3 times a day. The carers were always late, sometimes they would not turn up and because he was diabetic he struggled to control his sugars *levels* making him deteriorate more.
every time we called the agency, they would states that they did not have enough. So I decided to start my own business to try and help with the shortages of care staff.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We made sure that our staff had adequate PPe to use while providing the services to all our clients and antibacteial hand gel . We made sure that staff were fully vacinnated againts covid - 19. Staff were encouraged to change uniforms on a daily basis and wash their uniforms on high temperatures
