Brilliant experience of Rushmore’s so far. First time I’ve used them. On this experience I would really recommend. Dealt with Alkan by email (who replied out of hours to get my car booked in quicker) and Kem at the garage. Communication was great, clear and friendly. Car had lost power. They fitted it in first thing following morning, having confirmed that they undertook work under warranty I had for the car. They called when they said they would, identified problem, discussed pros and cons of me taking it back to garage I bought it from (who would repair without any excess) and offered to try and avoid any extra costs outside warranty. As it was there were some extra costs beyond what warranty covered (diagnostic and labour overage) which they agreed to wave under the circumstances. I couldn’t get there in opening hours to pick up car, so they arranged to leave keys at a local business that was open. Brilliant service. Nice people. And so far so good w repair. I was recommended Rushmores/Hawstead Garage by a friend for my car MOT. I don't look forward to going to car garages but soon as I arrived I felt at ease as both Kem and Karen were really helpful and explained what the mot involved. Recently brought a second hand BMW from a dealer in Sheffield unfortunately the vehicle had quite a few major issues to be dealt with, as everybody knows its very hard to find mechanical services that are trustworthy fortunately Rushmore and Hawstead Garage are certainly that, not only did they confirm all proplems very quickly but also delt with the seller in Sheffield and gave me back my vehicle better than it was before, excellent workmanship in all areas! I had a great experience taking my car to Rushmores to get fixed. Rushmores staff clearly explained what was wrong with my vehicle and answered the many questions I had. My car was fixed to a sufficient standard and in a timely fashion. I was treated was lot of respect and the service manger was kind enough to knock off a few pounds off the bill as well as provide my car with x 2 free second hand tires for the back wheels!! I was super nervous branching out and getting my 1st car ever!! I just passed the same week and couldn't believe I would finally be hitting the roads. .. legit! As soon as I walked in, Billy was a star in helping me choose my new whip (car). I had no idea what I was aiming for that day.. But the customer service was spot on. 100!! Eventually I finally chose my car, I had a lil test drive with Billy as I was in shock and couldn't believe that this was finally gonna be me but it was. I Drove away that day feeling a 1000. Plus loving my new car. Seriously I don't normally do these review things but Billy was a star! He was really helpful and real, super genuine and he really helped me in owning my 1st car.
