As a portfolio landlord, I have had terrible experience with cowboy roofers over the years, undertaking botched repairs with silicone where welded lead joints were needed. Returning from our holidays 15th August our local area was hit with a number of thunderstorms. The flat roof over our kitchen started to leak with water pouring out of the oven fan and the issue spreading across the whole kitchen. We looked for emergency roof repairs and came across Rushmore roofing. James was willing to come to our house at 18:00. James was responsive to our request. He came to view the problem personally and inspected the issues and explained in layman terms the problems and the cost associated. Overall we are happy. My garage roof was leaking and I spoke to Jim about it,and he on inspecting it told me what and where the problem lie and how shoddy the work was and said the roof needed replacing. The very next day he and his team turned up and replaced the complete roof very professionally and politely could not ask for a quicker solution to my problem. More...

I had a leaky GRP roof, with a large roof light creating a complex problem to solve. A number of roofers turned down the work due to the awkwardness of work needed.

James was happy to take the work, provided knowledgable suggestions and alternative options to solve our problem.

His team were polite, tidy, friendly and most importantly professional. Their work has been completed to a very high standard.
