The directors of Rubies have been Social workers for many years and have worked with people all their lives. The directors are originally from African and have been in the UK for over 20years and have benefitted so much from the local community over the years. The motivation behind forming the company was generally a desire to give back to the community that has shaped us into who we are over the years. We generally love people and derive pleasure in making a positive difference in people's lives by supporting them in any way possible to enjoy quality of life.

Rubies Limited is committed to ensuring that all care services provided are delivered by trained, highly skilled, competent, and motivated care and support workforce in order to provide high-quality care to our service users.
Rubies Limited is committed to maximizing the continuity of care and support for individual service users by implementing a comprehensive approach that focuses on ensuring regular carers, effective staff rostering systems, managing staff shortages, and providing regular call times in accordance with the times agreed with the Service User.
We respond flexibly to service users' wishes and needs by conducting thorough initial assessments to understand their individual preferences and requirements.

No all our services are provided face to face. We are a care care provider and we support a range of clients with a range of need and within a range of settings including supporting people in their own homes, clients in supported living provisions as well as people in care homes.

Rubies Limited aim to ensure that local procedures are put in place to minimise risk and provide the best possible support to its residents in our care settings.

Rubies Limited will ensure that all relevant steps are taken to communicate information with people in a way that they are most likely to be able to understand.
