Richard and Barbara were the first to respond to my anxious call when we realised the extent of work it would require to clear and clean his residence. They were kind, professional and NOTHING was too much trouble. They gave us advice on what to keep and the best way to organise in the future. This made the clearance far less daunting.They worked so hard on the clean that the carpets didn't need replacing. This saved us time , effort and money. They even offered to help replace his sofa! I cannot praise them enough! I would recommend them to anyone who has this type of situation to deal with. The whole approach was streamline and efficient with a kindness I have not experience for a long time.My family felt that they were able to give my elderly relative a chance to call his place home again and give him his life back. How long have you been in business?
We have been in the waste business since 2009, got the idea after my previous company had problems in the 2008 recession. Since then we've grown to have a fleet of vehicles, large warehouse and a number of staff.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes all that we need to do the job for you is supplied, from black bags, to cutting equipment, there is know need for you to supply anything, well maybe a cup of tea & a biscuit, LOL.
What do you love most about your job?
Everyday is different, one day you can be at the most dirtiest place ever, the next day a beautiful house clearing beautiful things out of it. ITS BRILLIANT !!
Also working along side my team, there a GREAT bunch !! ( Sometimes, LOL )
Also seeing a terrible place transform back into a lovely tidy place again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just had the idea after seeing another guy doing a terrible job of it and thought, I can do this much better!
