As Richard Sedinkinas, what I love about my job is the opportunity to combine my expertise in Civil Engineering, Ergonomics/Health and Safety, and Property Management to make a positive impact in providing my services . I find fulfillment in providing exceptional service to clients, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring their safety through effective health and safety practices. Additionally, the diversity of tasks and the ability to work in different environments allow me to continuously adapt and grow, making each day in my job unique and rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My previous roles as a Real Estate Agent/Consultant and Company Director in Lithuania, as well as my experience as a Site Engineer and Health and Safety Officer in London, provided valuable insights and a solid background for my entrepreneurial venture.
