I've trained with Ricky for over a year and I've seen my fitness improve significantly in that time. He not only coached me on the proper form, diet and helped me come up with a training plan, but also was very fun to work with.

Working out with Ricky has been fantastic. He tailored the sessions around what I was trying to achieve and constantly kept it fresh and fun. I have had Ricky as my PT for more than two years. He gets what is needed with each individual client, and tailors his workouts to that. Not many PTs make an hour of HIIT or weights fun but he does it. Would recommend to anyone.

Ricky is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and fun. He listens to what you want from sessions and concentrates on what exercises are right for your strength and level of experience. As you grow into the sessions he adapts the strength of the exercises to challenge the workouts. He focuses on technique which helps you get the best out of your workout. I cannot recommend Ricky as a PT highly enough. He’s genuine and reliable. Used his services for 18m, 1-2 sessions a week, at the gym near my work, until lock down happened. Ricky has seemingly boundless knowledge of all facets of the body, helped me with posture, restricted movement, regaining core strength, shape and a big confidence boost. Ricky is a fantastic personal trainer! Our sessions are always really fun, as well as challenging - I feel stronger and stronger each week! He is very knowledgable about the body and so I feel safe to test my limits without fear of injury. He not only has put a lot of time into improving my diet, but has also made several home workout plans for me to do between sessions. He is really flexible with timings and he travels to meet me which is very useful. I always leave our training sessions with a big smile because I know that I've worked hard, achieved new goals, and had fun while doing it! More...

Ricky has been my trainer for 18 months, most of which has been online. Ricky is brilliant. We train twice a week early in the morning (whatever time of day Ricky is always calm and cheerful! ) and I feel refreshed afterwards however hard it has been to get up and however hard he pushes me. Over the period my strength and fitness levels have got better and better and I even "grew" a centimetre as my posture improved!!
As I get more familiar with the exercises Ricky adds new ones in and also increases the number of sets that I do of each, which also leads to improvement.
I look forward to continuing to work with Ricky, hopefully in person before too long, and to my continued fitness achievements. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have been training with Ricky now for just under a year. As an already frequent runner I asked Ricky to supplement this with a fitness regime focused on toning and core work.



Since then my fitness regime has completely transformed my physique, strength and eating options!



Ricky completely went the extra mile in building my confidence to tackle upper body strength, something I had never thought possible. Equally he totally expanded my range of exercise targeting the core and lower body. As a result each week I have a balanced and comprehensive fitness regime. Every session is different, so I am always kept on my toes and never at risk of boredom and repetition. Ricky is a good motivator and has a good feel for when I need that extra bit of encouragement and when to throw in some of my favourites!



As slimming was another area I wanted to address, Ricky helped with nutritional advice on the food options to complement my active fitness regime.



Ricky is a very easy going, funny, dynamic and knowledgeable. He has transformed my fitness and diet. I would certainly recommend starting your day with one of Ricky’s personalised workouts!

Ricky is a brilliant PT. I love my sessions and I always feel energised and stronger afterwards. He tailors the exercises to my preferences by noticing any discomfort or enthusiasm for certain exercises and builds the plan around that. I truly feel like it is a programme personalised to me. He brings weights, resistance bands, battle ropes and boxing stuff to give variety to our workouts.
