We were really nervous about living in the house whilst the works were carried out but they made it stress free and the workmanship was of a high standard. Loft conversions
Here at Royale construction, we pride ourselves on safety and ensuring clients are as comfortable as possible during any works we carry out. These are crucial when building a loft conversion, which is why we will create a full program based on stages that help make the project as smooth as possible.
Historical/listed restorations
We have carried out numerous listed building works and have the reviews to prove it! We are extremely knowledgable in carrying out works to the highest standard and under instruction from Historical England and other professional bodies regarding listed buildings.
Renovations
Here at Royale construction, we pride ourselves on the speed, standard and organisation that we have shown on many renovations. Whether being loved in or vacant, we aim to turn the projects around in good time, whilst not letting standards drop. We understand the importance that some projects main goal is efficiency and we pride ourselves on timings.
Oak/timber frame
We have proudly completed several large oak frame projects, our bespoke joinery team have created some unbelievable living spaces from what starts off as just huge beams of wood! We handcraft and finish all beams if that’s the clients desire but we can also install the more modern oak frame kits upon request.
