Records show that our customer service agents had taken over 45 minutes from 20:31 hrs to get back to you on your booking request when you posted this review. I am however happy to realise that they got back to you and eventually your booking was confirmed and scheduled that same night. We understand that as one of our loyal customers you expect the highest standard of customer service snd responsiveness, because we pride ourselves as being the benchmark of professionalism. We have been slightly overwhelmed during these times were our service has transformed from a luxury, to an essential need in the society. This has caused some glitches every now and again, nonetheless 95 percent of requests are still responded to within 5 minutes, 24hrs a day. Please bear with us as we make this transition and return to a 100% I am also glad to see that today you were awarded a 10% discount for the inconvinience. I hope you are happy with both the job carried out and the discount. Thank you for being one of our loyal customers. We truly value your input.
