We recently sold our 2 bed flat with Rouge. We dealt with the owner, David Freeman, directly and had a good experience from start to finish. David offered an realistic guide price rather than inflating it to win the business as many other agents did. we secured the asking price within 2 weeks after only 4 viewings. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Rouge Property to everyone in search for renting a property and not only. we have rented with them a property 3 years ago and their service has been excellent. We have decided to move in another area and so we moved houses. Everyone knows that moving houses is a very stressful moment - however, Eddi,Alex , Hassan and all the other staff from Rouge Property has been very supportive and even though we had to vacant the property on the 4th of August they did their best to find a new tenant so we can leave earlier - we managed to move out already on the 11th July without any additional charge.
