What do you love most about your job?
I believe that each human being possesses the ability to make changes in their life. I am willing to help people connecting to their skills, motivation, and willpower to set their goals and fulfil their dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have chosen to study and practice Counselling because I love working with people and I enjoy helping them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work on a 1 to 1 basis as well as with couples. I NOW run THERAPY GROUPS for survivors of abusive relationships, a group therapy for depression and a therapy group for anxiety.
I am experienced in supporting individuals with a variety of concerns such as addictions, depression, low self-esteem and self-confidence, relationship issues, anxiety, self-harm.

Online Therapy Groups for survivors of domestic abuse ONLINE Group Therapy
Thank you for you interest in joining one of our Online Groups.
What you need to know before you decide to join:
• Groups will run over 8 weeks with weekly sessions of 2 hours (including a 10 minutes break)
•They are closed groups of 6-8 participants
•You could join a morning (10.00 – 12.00) or evening group (18.00 -20.00) Mon to Fri. We are planning to run a Saturday morning group if enough interest. You can’t change groups but of course you can always start a new one
•Confidentiality applies at all times
•Check the agenda before deciding which group you want to join. At present I only run groups for depression, groups for anxiety and groups for healing from abusive relationships
•You will benefit from a half an hour 1:2:1 free session before signing up and we discuss confidentiality, assess risk, and confirm your expectations from group work
