Asbestos in buildings surveys
We can undertake asbestos management, re-inspection, refurbishment and demolition surveys throughout the UK
To fulfil your duty to manage your asbestos Before any work is carried out on the fabric of a building – work that has the potential to disturb asbestos containing materials, you need to conduct a refurbishment and demolition survey. And to monitor the condition of ACMs in your building, regular re-inspection surveys are required, the frequency of which should be determined by risk assessment.
Asbestos removal
ROTH Associates has the expertise and experience to assist our valued clients and to safely manage every aspect of any asbestos and hazardous waste removal within their buildings.
Our on- site teams can also provide re-insulation and minor reinstatement works, reducing liaison and lead-in times for contractors to follow-on.
Lead paint removal & Lead paint surveys
As with the process for removing asbestos our experienced staff will wear the
appropriate RPE and PPE. We work in a safe containment area.
The lead paint will be carefully removed using recognized techniques which are all centered around controlling risk at source and are accompanied by air testing to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control measures implemented.
