I'm a personal chef and I also founded the food stall Sicilia Bedda that is a sicilian street food stall. Street food is a great tradition in Sicily and you can taste different courses like arancini, sfincione pizza, calzoni, spiedini, caponata etc.

What’s your signature dish?
Fresh Tuna with Sicilian Caponata. It's a tasty starter that mixes the fresh tuna fish with the sicilian caponata. Sicilian caponata is a veg mix made of: aubergines, tomato, capers, green olives, celery and vinegar. The taste is sweet and sour and it's really delicious!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I communicate with the customer truing to understand his/her needs and wishes. The customer's satisfaction is really important to me.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking, creating and having contact with the customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love cooking and making people happy with my own cuisine.
