Working through past experiences and emotions is a common aspect of counselling. Often, past experiences and emotions can continue to have an impact on our current lives. It can be helpful to explore these past experiences to gain insight and understanding, increase awareness and move forward in the present.

Working together, we will focus on helping you to deepen your connection, strengthen your communication, and increase your intimacy with each other. This can be achieved through a range of therapeutic techniques that are tailored to your specific needs as a couple.

Supporting you as a couple to identify and build on your shared values, goals, and interests. Develop strategies for spending quality time together and for staying connected during periods of stress or conflict.

We will identify patterns of communication that are creating conflict or tension, and help you to develop more effective communication skills.

We can find ways of increasing physical and emotional intimacy, and developing a deeper understanding of both partner's needs and desires. By exploring different types of intimacy, such as emotional, intellectual, and spiritual intimacy we can discover ways of nurturing those areas.

The approach used will depend on your unique needs and goals as a couple, as well as the specific challenges and strengths of your relationship. Through our sessions we will work on building a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationship for you both, and provide you with the tools you need to maintain and enhance your connection over time.

Working with young people can be both challenging and rewarding, they may not always feel comfortable or willing to open up about their thoughts and feelings. However, working with a creative, dynamic, and playful approach can often be effective in building a safe and trusting relationship with young people that encourages them to share their experiences.
Using a range of tools, such as art, play, music, and other forms of expression. Allow me to create a non-threatening and engaging environment for young people to explore themselves, whilst supporting them to communicate in a way that feels comfortable and natural for them.
