I am a fully qualified counsellor and also have a BSc (Hon's) Psychology. I am a member of the BACP and am fully insured. As an integrative counsellor, I mainly focus on problem-management and solution focused techniques taken from a variety of counselling theories such as CBT, T.A., Gestalt and Person-centred. I have my own private practice called "Room 2 Talk" which is a counselling service for women dealing with a variety of issues including, depression, domestic violence/abuse, anxiety, stress, assertiveness, low self-esteem, relationships, bereavement and loss, fibromyalgia/CFS and general worries and issues to name but a few.
