It ranks on google, provides the customer with a great experience and reflects what you do with personality.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What do you want to get out of working with me? What is your aim?
Describe your creative process.
I first try to understand the clients business and what they want to achieve. Then we build a plan based on the clients needs. I always start with finding out what the business needs before I offer other services so that the client is confident that it will have a positive impact on their customers and their business.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It depends on what the customer needs but normally we start with a friendly conversation about the business. From there we make a plan and deliver the relevant services as required.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and seeing young busineses becoming successful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Most of my life I have worked on start-up or early stage busineses and I found that there were very limited places which would provide support without wanting vast sums of money or shares in the company up front. Branding encompases so much more than logo design and I want to bring high-qulity branding to emerging busineses.
