There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to describe how good Kate Roe is. We started the process of selling our house back in January and finally moved last week. Over this 8-9 month period we have had countless challenges with the process and Kate was there to support and sort on every occasion. As a Mortgage Broker myself I understand the process better than most, but this move would not have happened without the help and support of Kate. Hours on the phone, hundreds of messages exchanged and always kept all parties up to date and aware. After a really bad experience with another well known estate agents which resulted in our sale falling through 3x, we turned to Kate who was recommended to us by a friend. We can honestly say this was the best decision we could have made. The bespoke service we received from her was extremely impressive! Within a matter of weeks our house was sold to a reliable first time buyer for £30,000 more than we expected. Today we had the most stressful moving day you could imagine. Roe and Co were not our estate agents but represented our sellers. Despite this, Steven has been absolutely incredible every step of the way for us, and today he provided support even after his office had closed. I've recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Kate & Ste, the experience has been completely different to any I've had before. Before putting my house live on the market, Kate sent me the link so I could view the photos and watch the video - which was brilliant! My house went on the market at around 7pm on the Sunday evening, by Tuesday evening Kate had done 11 viewings (she kept in touch throughout the day to let me know how she was getting on, which was great as I was very excited and couldn't wait to hear!), Ste even called in to me at work to pick up my back door key which I'd forgotten to leave out! By late morning on Wednesday, I had received several offers in excess of the asking price, Kate knew each buyers situation and after a good chat I decided to go with. Kate and Ste are such lovely people, the whole process has been quick, easy and completely hassle free for me (which is not how I remember the sale of my first 2 houses!), but most of all they're really friendly - Kate is always at the other end of the phone and happy to help, I couldn't wait to ring her when our offer had been accepted on the house we're buying - she sounded as excited as me!
