Personal Care
Providing assistance with showering, bathing, strip wash,shaving, brushing hair, toiletring assistance and pad changing.
Prompting/Giving Medication
30+ Years experience of medication giving and promting as a registered nurse from dosette box/ blister pack and actual medication boxes. Able to administrate eye drops and applying creams and lotions.
Regular update training last one January 2024 .
Preparing meals
Able to prepare food for breakfast, lunch and tea time.

Shopping/Escorting to shops
Able to do shopping on my own or assist to go shopping. cost per mile will be added to hourly rate.
Light Housework
Able to clean work surfaces, fridge,sinks, cupboards, baths, mop floors, hoover, make beds, do laundry, polish and clean windows inside if it safe to do so.
Respite sitting
Able to sit with a loved one while you have a break or need to go out.
