What do you love most about your job?
In RJM Care we have the pleasure of watching our service users develop and grow independently while also developing life-changing relationships. This is not what you can say for another profession. It is an honour to be of help to those in need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I personally have always enjoyed my job as a nurse. However, though the occupation was fulfilling I found myself wanting to do more. So I opened a care provider to give that little bit of extra help. RJM Care Services was established with the vision to provide the care that our clients need, assisting them to enjoy life.

RJM will ensure unique, personalised and effective care. Our care service is staffed by a team of nurses and carers working together to give you the most reliable care. Helping those with high dependence needs, individuals receiving palliative care and individuals who have physical and mental long-term chronic disabilities. Unfortunately, RJM is a more private and personal business that involves physical attendance at the service user's residence.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In order to avoid possible transmission, facial masks have been made mandatory on all visits at all times. Staff are also encouraged to do regular COVID tests, a record of which is properly monitored. All other government orders are strictly followed.

Bathing, washing, dressing, walking, continence management, personal hygiene

Service throughout the day is provided in varying durations allowing informal carers to take extended breaks.
Meal Preparation and Diet Planning
Nutritious & delicious meals, diet planning (with dietary restrictions), feeding, etc.
Professional Medication Management
Hospitalization discharge, pill box, reminders supervision, daily log,assisting medication, etc
Housekeeping and Domestic Duties
Home cleaning, laundry, linen changes, caring for pets, etc.
Transportation and Errands
Schedule planning and assistance (visits, appointments, shopping, outings, etc).
Night sitting
A carer for overnight stays can be arranged for either active or sleepover cover.
Dementia
We provide care surrounding your own unique condition. We seek to see past dementia to the real you.
Special Support
Depending on your condition you might benefit from a little extra help from a specialist in learning disabilities.
