Just before the 3 nasty storms we had,, my boiler decided to pack up! I was recommended to Brendon by a friend. I contacted him in the evening, not expecting a reply until the morning. Brendon replied and arranged to come around the next day. Brendon came the next day and unfortunately my boiler was very poorly! Brendon explained it could be fixed but it would be cheaper to replace the boiler. He showed me where it had leaked and the damaged components and explained it all to us, as we know nothing about boilers! Brendon sent us a quote for the new boiler and the work within a couple of days. It was less than I expected. Brendon then arranged a day when he could come and fit it, it was fitted in one day. He did extra jobs, like an extra pipe to the outside of the house, new thermostat and more. He was very thorough and tidy as he worked. Towards the end of the day his young assistant came too and he was delightful. We were very happy with how quickly Brendon was able to come and check our boiler and do the work, as no hot water or heating in February was not fun. Having recently moved to Deal in January we didn’t know any local trades. Brendon came to give us a quote for completely redoing our bathroom, which isn’t huge, but wasn’t the easiest of jobs because of the space, with pipe work having to be rerouted under floorboards and a lot of making good to be done because of the original tiles being concreted on to the walls! ! Brendon along with Malcolm Dorling, fantastic tiler, tackled the job with professionalism all the way, no problem was too big for either of them to tackle. They are both perfectionist and wanted to give us the best result at the end of the day which they certainly did. Brendon also did other plumbing jobs for us including putting thermostats on all radiators, putting an inline descaler in and servicing our boiler. All these jobs were completed to a very high standard. Overall we are thrilled with the end result regarding our bathroom, it is transformed thanks to all the hard work that Malcolm and Brendon put into it. We would highly recommend Brendon for all your plumbing needs and he will be our go to guy now. We can’t thank Malcolm enough for his beautiful craftsmanship with the tiling that he did for us.
