About

I am a Sports Scientist with over 20 years experience as a fitness coach, sports therapist, massage therapist, nutrition consultant, and sports lecturer. I help people by looking into their specific needs and goals and creating a customised training plan to deliver effective results efficiently. Our bodies work hard to get us where we want to be and it’s our imperative to look after our bodies in more ways than one. Based on your individual needs, I can help you with different aspects of your health journey, all the while ensuring you reach an optimum level of fitness and nutrition.

I offer sports massage, deep tissue massage, remedial massage, oncology massage. I also offer rehab exercises, including ACL, knee and ankle injury rehabilitation, taping and strapping and other remedial therapies and exercises. I have worked as a sports scientist and therapist with QPR FC and Fulham FC and have the expertise in specific sports-related injuries. I also used to work as a FE college Lecturer teaching sports science. As a lecturer, I have taught numerous sports and health qualifications, from level II and III gym instructor and fitness courses up to Foundation Degree anatomy & physiology and Access to Nursing. . I used to run a mental health bike project and offer cycling/bike-riding sessions for mental health in patients for the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey NHS trust. I am currently working with Leyton Orient FC and their U.18's squad. In addition I freelance as YMCA accredited sports massage tutor/assessor and examiner.

I like to keep an open mind and experiment with various kinds of training and encourage my students and clients to do the same. I will guide and motivate you to keep your workouts varied so your entire body gets exercise and you ramp up your fitness. Whatever sports you wish to do, indoors or outdoors, I will make you safe and comfortable and advise you on the right form and techniques to avoid injuries. If you are dealing with an injury, I will take you through the entire rehabilitation process until you’ve fully recovered.
