It was a pleasure to be trained by Daniel (Riobatta PT) for almost 6 months. He has a lot of knowledge and experience as a trainer, which makes your fitness journey with him extremely rewarding.

He takes the time to understand your needs, assesses the appropriate fitness plan for you, and ensures you are constantly motivated to reach your goals. I 100% recommend Riobatta as a trainer if you are looking for someone that empathizes with you and inspires you. I learned a lot with him, and he motivated me to push for myself and become a better version physically and mentally. If you want results and a great personal trainer, he is the guy to approach!!

Riobatta is a great PT! He really listened to my goals & explained the process including diet for me to achieve those goals.

Daniel is the best! I had zero experience with the gym and didn’t know what I was doing. He gave me gym plans with always a range of different exercises, which challenged me just the right amount and set me up with correct form. He made workouts fun, and really provided a variety of training (weights, circuits, boxing etc.). He’s also just a really great guy and always has a huge smile on his face, couldnt recommend more! I ensure that my clients have a good training plan based on their physical needs. Also a weekly follow up on checking body weight and measurement.

From my point of view, the most important is to have discipline and consistency over the fitness journey. Setting up small goals that will lead you to your final destination.

What I love the most about my job is the satisfaction I get by helping my clients to achieve their goals and see how happy they get at the end of their journey when they see the transformation, not olny physicaly but also mentally.

I work towards my clients goals. I am strict but also i love having fun while we are on the session.

Services

I provide personal training services in doors (at home and the gym) and out doors like parks.
1-2-1 and couples sessions.
I Especialiced on weight loss, muscle tone, body strength, funcional training, circuits and body weight training.
I’ve been a chef for fourteen years. So I also provide meal plan prep services.
