I started right at home Portsmouth in may 2023 I had never done care work previous to this and can say it’s the best decision I’ve made. I’ve never worked for a company who value there staff as much they do. I love every part of my job. Right at home is such a friendly workplace environment and our always there to help. Going into something you’ve never done before can be quite scary but right at home provides you with all the training and tools you need to get started. They provide hours that work around you. I have been working for Right at Home Portsmouth since December as a care giver , I am so happy I joined the company , office staff are so supportive, the other carers are helpful , friendly, supportive, it’s like being part of an extended family I didn’t know I needed but so glad I found , I am loving supporting the clients that I am caring for getting to know them and not having to rush calls and being able to take my time with them unlike other care companies I have worked for before where you are rushing the care you provide as calls are 1 hour or longer

I can only write this recommendation from the standpoint of my daughter who is a carer working with this company. She has finally found a job in which she is absolutely happy! She may be in her late forties but that hasn’t stopped me worrying about her, especially her happiness. I no longer have to worry!
