I have been working for Right at Home Barnet and Edgware for the past 6 years. I had started as a care worker and worked my way up. My employer put me forward to achieve NVQ in Health and Social care as well as provided me with further training. It would not be possible to achieve this without his support and encouragement. Not so much an experience (although I could elaborate on certain concerns with pleasure)my over-riding amazement /horror & total incredulity is that the only 5 star review for the above is given by the owner ; maybe he is a client they helped.....?¿One wonders on his status/title 2 months ago because he was introduced to me (albeit by his manager, Annie {full name not to hand})as the OWNER of the above.
