I have never had any experience in the home care sector before and thought this would be a lovely challenge for myself. I felt extremely nervous when applying and starting this care role and I have to say the amount of devotion and time the care staff and management have given me to make me feel comfortable and ready was phenomenal. I have bombarded the staff with questions and call but no matter how big or small my question was they took the time to help and support me at all times.
