We decided to get in touch with Heidi after seeing that she had successfully had planning granted for the conversion of a garage after a prior application had been turned down after the owners chose to do it themselves. Heidi was courteous, informative and kept me updated all the way through the process to successful planning being granted. From the moment she came round to see us, she took measurements and had detailed drawings back to me very quickly within the week. She dealt with the whole planning process and took away the stresses of dealing with any issues which arose.
