Richard carried out everything that we asked of him. He was very friendly, flexible and always willing to make suggestions. Richard was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, professional and polite. He undertook the job and was happy to get extra bits that weren’t in the box resulting in a trip to B&Q. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself (something some people don’t bother to do). He spent the time and fully explained the equipment that he installed. He didn’t want to charge any extra for the bolts that he bought but I made sure he had a little extra for the extra time and inconvenience.

Should you hire Richard... yes definitely. If there’s any other jobs that come up that I’m not able to do Richard will be my first point of call. More...

Having just moved house, I had quite a bit of work going on so needed to get some traders quotes in and duly got hold of builders/electricians etc . .. to date I only received 2 quotes for wardrobes assembly both from Bidvine ..still waiting for the other quotes from the other traders ( not Bidvines !! ..should have used them ) !!
I accepted Richards bid for a number of reasons 1. local 7 miles away 2.. acceptable bid 3. sounded good on the phone .
Richard turned up 2 days later for the job and would have finished the work but due to a broken mirror had to return 2 days later to complete the job ( did not charge me ! )
This is a nice guy with attention to detail an d agreat personality . Would I hire him again .... most definately! Would I reccommend him to a friend .... absolutely ! Would I use Bidvine again ..... of course .
