Having never tried Pilates before I was a bit apprehensive to start, but I needn’t have worried. Andrea is so warm & friendly and she explains each exercise in an easy to understand way. She covers each exercise at different levels, and the classes are small so she can make sure you are doing each move in the correct position, meaning you get the full benefit. Having struggled with chronic pelvic pain following having my youngest child over 3 & 1/2 years ago, I am extremely glad that the nurse at the hospital recommended Revival Pilates to me. My pain and range of movement has improved more in the last few weeks, than it has in the last few years of other treatments I’ve tried! A Physiotherapist recommended I start Pilates classes after severely injuring my back almost a year ago. I knew Andrea was also a physiotherapist so I decided to try Revival. I've only been going about 5 or 6 weeks but already I can feel a difference in my posture and my back aches alot less now than it did before. I'm sleeping better too. More...

Every week since 2010 I’ve been attending Pilates with Andrea at Revival and have experienced a tremendous difference in my core strength. I have Ehlers Danlos Hypermobilty and I have been given pilates exercises by physiotherapists for many years. I have been recommended to try pilates but I have been really worried that a teacher would not understand my issues so I haven’t taken the plunge until now. I have been really enjoying these classes. I don’t feel bad doing a lower level than other participants at all. Andrea is amazing and so supportive. She checks that we are all doing the exercises correctly. As she has worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS she knows about my condition and she also wants to make sure we are all doing the exercises correctly. I did need quite a bit of tweaking and helping initially as my positioning was rather poor. This has improved and I have been happy to do a few bits at home. My flexibility and strength has really improved after only 2 months!! I’m really shocked at what a difference this has already made to me. If you are considering doing this class - JUST DO IT!! You won’t regret it. The other people in the classes are lovely and friendly and it’s just great. More...

Andrea’s classes are excellent, she makes sure there are exercises and different levels to suit everyone from beginners to the more experienced. I joined her classes a few years ago as I had a bad back from sitting at a desk all day. I have really felt the benefit with my core strengthened and muscles toned. I would highly recommend any of Andrea’s classes, she is a lovely friendly and highly professional person. More...

I have attended a pilates class for 8 months with Andrea as an amazing instructor who takes time to listen to your needs, i have felt a huge difference in the tone of my body and strengthened my core this has led me to being more confident in myself.

Andrea is a very skilled & experienced Pilates instructor. Even though there may be 8-10 people in a class she will still tailor the exercises to suit each individual. I had a hip problem & Andrea being a qualified physiotherapist ensured I carried out each exercise properly to ease my condition. I’m pleased to say that my hip improved enormously.
Pilates isn’t just for injuries though, it builds core strength and tones the body. I really enjoy Andreas classes and would recommend them to everyone! �

I have been going to Andrea for a few years and find her classes fantastic, I have a bad back and Andrea can take you through different levels to make sure that you do not put any pressure on your joints, her classes are varied every week, this class is great for strengthening your core and toning your other muscles, I can not recommend her highly enough.

I’ve been going to Andrea for a few years now after having a second op on my spine which left me severely immobile and was recommended to take Andrea’s Pilates class by another Physio at the hospital. Andrea is very experienced and tailors her classes for every level with patience and professionalism. Just had a Free taster session today, loved it!! I’ve done Pilates on/off over the years, but Andrea is a great instructor, she is friendly and clear with her instructions.
