What inspired you to start your own business?
Before starting my own business, I had been involved in the early formation of management teams and I know just how challenging it can be for leaders to develop the delegated style of leadership that a business needs to grow.

My service can be operated by telephone, email and video conferencing during both the diagnostic and implementation of projects. This means, while physical meetings still remain a viable option, the service is totally compatible with remote operations.
