I first saw David in July where I was in a very dark, confusing and vulnerable place. David instantly put me at ease, he is very calm, approachable and so easy to talk to. In every session, he made me feel "normal" and helped me make sense of so many things. He gave me a number of strategies to help support my recovery, helped me open up to those around me and ask for further support from loved ones. Without this support from David I honestly don't know where I would have ended up. I still have a way to go but I have the confidence and ability to help pull myself through this now. I cannot recommend David enough, he is fantastic at what he does. I was slightly apprehensive about attending counselling but David put me at ease straight away.
