Rosa is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I met with her feeling that perhaps my concerns weren’t valid and the jumble in my mind was trivial in comparison to what I knew others face. Rosa helped me see that whatever causes unrest or overwhelm for any individual deserves to be understood and untangled so they can continue to strive to be where they want to be. Rosa has an amazing ability to surprise with her perspective and I’ve implemented many of her ideas into my own life with great effect.Highly recommend for anyone who is thinking about their mindset and wondering whether it’s working with them in the best way to help them achieve their goals. 5* More...

Rossella is an empathetic, excellent listener and professional life coach. I had a few friendly session with her, and she helped me with my anxiety attack and with my old fuss with my family. She can help anyone get clarity, make big changes and create the next steps with a supportive ear by your side. She helped me weigh all my options finding alternative prospective to see things. Many times we want someone to give an answer to the reason of our malaise etc, that there is already a ready answer, Rosella doesn't do this, even better, she try to make us think to find the answer from ourselves to our problems. Is a person able to listen without judging, able to give an external point of view. So, I like and I recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist and a friend. More...

Q&As

I love helping people in their journey of self growth.

To date, I have played a crucial role in improving the health and wellbeing of over 100 clients between the age of 14 to 83 years. I believe my speciality is working with anxiety, depression, past and current trauma, bereavement, anger management and low self-esteem.

I believe I practice a holistic approach this means; “I take into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms”— I don't merely attempt to alleviate the fatigue, anger and anxiety that often come along with mental and emotional struggles however, I like to address the roots of the cause. This intervention involves treating the client as a whole person considering their individual ecosystem. This includes looking at everything that surrounds my clients, this allows me to create an effective, individualised treatment plan.

My holistic approach focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas. Pursuing this approach enables my clients to become better attuned to their awareness and promotes a greater acceptance of self.

The ideas behind the holistic approach is to prevent symptoms affecting other parts of the self i.e: If my unhelpful thinking is triggering anxiety, my body is also experiencing the effects therefore, if left untreated this may cause other physical conditions. I believe that being a wellness-focused therapist allows me to get my clients to strike a balance in taking care of themselves by taking care of their mind, body, and spirit. This often encourages clients to explore other areas of their life that can be improved, aimed at relapse preventions. Often my clients explore new physical activities, nutritions, new mindfulness techniques and re-connect with what is important to them.

My approach attempts to reduce the amount of sessions needed for my clients and to achieve an overall improved sense of well-being.

Like all talking therapy, the relationship between the therapist and client is paramount therefore, it is essential you feel comfortable working with me to achieve the desired outcome. Sometimes, this is not possible therefore, we can explore suitable alternative.

Services

Integrative counselling looks different in every therapeutic relationship, because each therapist brings their own experiences and perspectives to the encounter, and because the model focuses to meet the needs of each individual.

I am specialised in applying relevant techniques in a complimentary way, as well as thinking about my client’s process, help make sense of what is happening for you with a holistic approach.

Like all talking therapy, the relationship between the therapist and client is paramount therefore, it is essential you feel comfortable working with me to achieve the desired outcome. Sometimes, this is not possible therefore, we can explore suitable alternative.

I provide a thorough initial assessment to determine if my clients are suited for the therapy and guide them to a suitable therapy for them if necessary. My main core value is to do no harm, therefore doing an onward referral is at my client's best interest, to help them in their self journey. Choosing an unsuitable therapy or therapist may end up as a negative experience and deter you from seeking future help. Not all therapies and therapist are suitable for every client, therefore it is key you find the one suitable for you.

Main Benefits of Integrative Counselling:
It is a flexible and dynamic approach, which can suit a wide range of clients.

It allows the Counsellor to consider the clients narrative and create a model that is tailored for them and not the theory to the client.

It is suitable for clients who favour a mixture of behavioural and relational approaches.

Integrative counselling can incorporate some or all theoretical perspectives, to help clients engage with the process of personal integration.

Life Coaching is a talking therapy that can be extremely useful for;

Gaining clarity about what you want and how you want to get it.

Becoming clear on who you want to become, what your passion and purpose is, and what is most important to you.

Improving your confidence by knowing what you are worth, raise your standards and see yourself as someone who deserves the best out of life.

To stop running from your fears, you will learn to recognise them and allow them to drive you towards achievement.

Bridge the gap between theory and practice. Taking education and motivation and turning it into the desired result!

Recognise the possibilities. Receive an outside perspective and realise that you have many options regardless of circumstance.

Creating a plan to reach your goals faster. Most people don’t have a life or goal plan; they approach life day-to-day with no clear intentions, vision or mission. All that changes with a coach.

I will hold you accountable by checking in with you weekly, with the sole purpose to help you see the obstacles that are are stopping you and build new tools to overcome the obstacles, to succeed and hit whatever target you have set. Sometimes it is hard to find people in our lives who can honestly motivate us throughout the whole process without judgement, this is what a life coach does.

Life Coaching is not suitable for everyone therefore, my professional counselling background enables me to provide a thorough initial assessment to determine if my clients are suited for the therapy and guide them to a suitable therapy for them if necessary. My main core value is to do no harm, therefore doing an onward referral is at my client's best interest, to help them in their self journey.
