Q&As

As an organisation, we take pride working with people who have complex situations. We can’t beat the satisfied feeling of knowing that we have helped put a smile on someone’s face. As a domiciliary company we provide the opportunity for people to remain largely independent in their own homes instead of having to rely on family and friends who have their own busy lives.

I was a Nurse before starting my business working long hours alongside care agencies and witnessed some good and some very bad practice. I saw carers being treated without respect for what they do and paid poorly.
As a nurse, I thought it was time to move on and start a care agency where I would support people in the community and facilitate their living independently in their own homes. With my background, I thought I would direct my experience to support the clients to get the best possible care and support, plus I can ensure that the staff supporting them are well trained, feel valued and respected for the fantastic job they do day in day out.
It a wonderful job and have no regrets of leaving nursing. My fantastic team are making a difference to our clients’ lives. Being a Nurse as tremendously helped as I am hands on.

Reon Care is one of the few providers that makes it possible for vulnerable people to receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their own home. We are driven to deliver the service that we would want for ourselves, should we ever need help in our own home.

Our dedicated and experienced staff are readily available to deliver personalised care in the comfort of the clients’ own home. Reon Care have many years of experience in home care and dementia care services. The Managing Director, Roseline Ajiambo’s entire life has been within the care sector. Drawing on her experience both professionally and personally, she knew that she should use this expertise to set up Reon Care and provide a service that is mostly needed by her clients.

Our value system is at the core of everything we do. We have a hands-on business approach, and we make sure that we are getting individual care right. Our manager is always available to discuss and advise on the different care options that we offer.

Reon Care is supported by an office team who all bring a wealth of front-line experience in delivering and co-ordinating care for older people and those with disabilities. The team takes great pride in recruiting and training the right staff, and ensuring that our care staff have the support they need to perform at their very best.
Although skills and experience are extremely important, we feel passionately that our carers must also have a deep-seated value system and the ability to empathise with others.
It is the job of the whole team to ensure that we consistently exceed the high standards that are put in place by the CQC. Paying the utmost attention to every client that we work with. Each team member will have a role in overseeing the client relationship and making sure they are happy every step of the way.
The team will consult with other professionals, such as District Nurses and GPs, to make sure that our clients get the highest level of all-round care and support
