What do you love most about your job?
Having happy and satisfied customers, who is unable to refer a friend, family member  or somebody in need for services that’s really good Buzz for us, making customer satisfied
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start working for myself is that  I work from any other companies before, and I wasn’t satisfied with the level of customer service that they were offering and at the time they weren’t willing to change what they were doing, so I believe working for myself gave me the ability to  offer a much better level of customer service and customer satisfaction onto customers.

 Where are the best at what we do  and we always strive to go over and above the customer expectation, making sure that we don’t stop until the customer satisfied.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
 No more services cannot be provided online as the plumbing and heating industry is not a remote service is a practical one you need to be present on site  in order to install a boiler.
We can do some stuff over the phone after your video call surveys and suchlike, but the installation need to be in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If you check out or a website, we have a video there of what we do in a week protect yourself and protect the customer from us and us from the customer in light of the Covid pandemic
