Absolute waste of my time and money. Ryan insisted on payment for the trial session at £39 upfront, no wonder really as I wouldn't have paid. My trial massage session consisted of 35 minutes taking down my medical history, followed by less than 10 minutes massage. He obviously had somewhere else to be as he locked up and drove off before i even started my car. He was also going to call me for a follow up chat etc and hasn't bothered.
