Highly recommend, money well spent, I did not like the idea of paying for a party wall surveyor that my neighbour chose, but once I engaged with Rellim Surveyors I was really surprised to learn that they represented me and helped me through the process of understanding the limits of my extension and loft conversion, even though I had a good architect, they spotted errors with my proposals and help me before a real problem occurred which would have cost me thousands to put right, I am so grateful they handled everything so well, my renovation is now done and I am really happy they helped, me and my neighbour are now on much better terms with their help, I really did not know party wall surveyors did so much. thank you Rellim will definitely recommend you. Really nice surveyors, my neighbours would not respond to my notices, I called and spoke to a really nice surveyor named Dennis who took my case on, and sorted everything out with my neighbours.
I would definitely recommend him and his company, the price was good and my builders were able to start on time.

A really great team, I got several quotes from surveyors, I chose these guys because they provided a great service from the start.
I got a fair quote not the cheapest but went with them because I felt they responded quickly and I needed my builders to start, they served my notices for free and even advised one of my neighbours to consent as the risk was so low saving me money.
They kept me informed regularly and gave me good advice for my build, I had my agreements quickly, I would use them again

I was not really happy when I learnt I needed to pay for a party wall agreement for my neighbours, but really glad I chose PartyWallAction, my surveyor really went beyond the call of duty, made sure my neighbours did not get their own way and ensured the agreement was fair and well thought out, happy to recommend.

Really fast service! I would recommend this company, my neighbours would not agree to my extension until I called this company, they explained everything to me clearly, Served my legal notices for FREE on my neighbours, carried out the survey and completed the Party Wall Agreement within a Week.
