What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about enabling people to make the changes they want to achieve, both with themselves and others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed working with people, I was particularly drawn to counselling after benefitting from personal therapy myself and experiencing the value of not feeling judged.

I have many years of being in a supportive job role along with the added benefit of years of life experience. I am professional and compassionate about enabling people to achieve.

I provide counselling online via, Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime and Duo or on the telephone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have changed from face to face counselling to video or telephone counselling. I have unexpectedly found this to be every bit as effective as face to face.
