Regency properties do not care about their tenants. They placed me & my then 3 year old into a property that the KNEW had no heating, mice, damp and various other problems.
They promised to get it sorted, it never happened. I got the council involved and they gave them a sanction which they still ignored all the while blaming me for their short comings.
They are rude, unhelpful, gaslighting criminals. One of them has a young child herself, how she sleeps at night is beyond me.
They target single mothers who have no other option. I would avoid them at all costs, especially a flat in Margate old town.
