What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide hope, assurance and simple assisting individuals with their day to day activities and seeing their smile in return because of your presence and your help, it’s an amazing feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have personally worked in care settings for over ten years. I have seen good and bad practice. I have decided to open my own business in care setting, helping most vulnerable individuals because due to the excessive years of experience, I wanted to provide them with best care possible. I have seen the gap in the care setting, mistakes made due to lack of communications, providers focusing on returns rather than peoples lives. I aim to be a customer focus, driven by customer satisfaction and providing service that is cost effective. This is done by employing and retaining the best candidates, providing them with all training required to do their tasks, working closely with individual family and other professionals in order to provide them with the best service.

We are CQC regulated, we have policies and procedures in place that will enable us to provide the best care taking into consideration the safety of our clients. We have flexible, well trained staff that will be able to provide high level of care to our clients. We listen to our clients, our care plans are personalized to meet individual needs with individuals input into how they want to be cared. Our packages are very reasonable and affordable. We are customer focus and driven by customer satisfaction.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have Covid policy in place, our staff are well trained on how to protect themselves and our clients, keep work areas clean and tidy. We provide our staff with full PPE required to carry they job properly
