My name is Russ, a Health, Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coach and Consultant with in-depth experience and expertise gained from my consultancy and coaching work with the NHS, and the Australian Public and Private Sectors.

I hold professional qualifications in Paramedical Science, Counselling, Neuro-Linguistics Practice, Neuro-Scientific Practice. Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Mediation and Negotiation.

I work extensively with those who are Neuro-Divergent - typically incorrectly referred to as autism - and those living with personal and/or professional stress.

In effect, EVERYTHING the human body and mind do is because our ancestors survived; modern-day humans are a walking, talking genetics software program for survival.

By emphasising the combination of effective practical methods as well as the self-reflective, I help deal with the three most common lifestyle issues today: physical health, emotional health, and personal interactions.
