Really professional service provided. Always with a friendly smile too. I found it difficult to sell my property and had already tried two other estate agents prior to switching to Reeds Rains. The difference was amazing. From my initial meeting with the Manager Marie Rudd I felt that my decision to switch was the right one. What can I say?
Marie, Keeley, Sarah and the team have literally changed our lives with their dedication, hard work and passion.
They did something other estate agents didn't and went out and found a buyer for us. They did not rest on their laurels and expect buyer to turn up! Too many estate agents in this town rely on their "posh" and "modern" offices and forget what really matters, "selling houses"!
Selling your home is an incredibly difficult and emotional time... the team have been on hand since day one with support, advice and above all a dedication we had not seen by other estate agents in Grimsby.
Please, if you're reading this and are undecided about who to sell your home with don't even bother looking any further than these guys, you won't be disappointed :-)

All the staff were totally professional and the branch welcoming and efficient, giving excellent advice, dealing with queries promptly, and negotiating a good sale price.
