Yesterday I had some viewing with Alan Adams from Reeds Rains in Pemberton. He was very nice and friendly. He was able to answer most of my questions about the properties he showed me, something that I was grateful for as in many occasion with other agencies the person showing around does not have a clue about the property they are showing. Last week I had a viewing with Alan for a property in Orrell - I'm not from the area so brought my mum as moral support. Alan answered all our questions, was friendly and enthusiastic - a great laugh quite frankly! He told me to speak with Jemma as well as she may have other properties for me to view. Jemma then squeezed us in for another viewing and again was very friendly - completely understood my woes with not knowing the area and was superb! Reeds Rains knew the of property I was looking for & alerted me to this one before it had even gone on the market. They were very helpful from the start offering mortgage advice and recommending solicitors to use.
