What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the immediate change in my clients faces when they let go of stuff that they have held for sometimes years
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being stuck with depression and anxiety with related asthma, then I found a simple way to rid these without the need for medication.
I want to show my clients the self help skills i've learnt so they can let go of whatever is troubling them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've been there, in the deep abyss of being stuck with my own negative thoughts. I can help you out of yours.

I offer my services on-line at the moment, however in the future I'd love to return to face to face sessions
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I solely work via video link, preferably ZOOM but I am happy to use other applications.
Alexander Technique Training
I can teach you how to notice those annoying habits and show you that there is an easier freer way away from those habits to live your life.
I normally teach this face to face however I now only provide online training.
