I've been going to RedDee for around 3 years now and there is always a warm welcome for me there. Dawn has been a great support with my anxiety and low confidence over the years, providing practical advice and bespoke therapeutic treatments such as Massage and Reiki. Thanks to the ladies at RedDee I am now Reiki attuned and have found more confidence to do what feels right for me. I have been having regular massage therapies with Pat @ Red Dee for over 2 years now and cannot fault her excellent service. Having had massages across the globe from Brazil to Bali I have genuinely not found anyone better than Pat, whose massages not only melt away stresses and tensions but relax you so much I fall asleep 9/10 times!! I would recommend the full body massage with 1/2 Swedish, 1/2 hot stone and the bonus of a free therapy after 6 paid sessions is amazing! Thank you Pat for being the best!!! More...

Wow, what an amazing experience. I’ve just had a hot stones massage and hands down that is the best massage I have ever had. I’m so rubbish I can’t remember the ladies name, but she listened to all my aches and pains and really tailored the massage to suit. I’m feeling amazing now! I owe my change of life to this place. I had given up and thought I was going a bit mad told by doctors to have sleeping tablets and anti depressants. I was getting no sleep terrible night terrors that were getting unbearable. So I gave Crystal reki and hypnotism a try and afterwards never had such a good sleep in my life and continue to do so . I want to thank Dawn and all the staff at red Dee for there help when my husband had a stroke Saturday there quick response gave Steve the fighting chance he needed plus Dawn as been to see Steve. In hospital and talked to Steve about keeping positive . Steve had Crystal therapy a few wks ago and we know that helped 100% towards Steve fighting this disability h a been left with. Wow!!! What can I say about the Red Dee ladies!! �

Today we had my sisters Hen party/ pamper at Red Dee and it was perfect from start to finish. We had the rooms set up just for us and had individual bespoke treatments and group treatments whilst relaxing to the lovely music, drinking wine, having nibbles and brews.
The ladies are so welcoming and friendly and it was 4 hours of sheer relaxation. We all felt on cloud 9 when we left! The effort that the ladies went to is second to none.
I've been to large spas in the past but non compare to the personal and professional treatment that we've received today. �

I recently visited red dee holistic therapy in stone. I had the crystal therapy and in depth reki. The treatments were performed by Dawn hickton who I am already acquainted with. However she acted with such professionalism. She explained how the treatments work and the benefits that would come from them. I thought this was very informative and as a have in interest In alternative therapies this was of great use.

Whilst the treatment was occuring I felt very relaxed and comfortable and after the treatment I felt so relaxed a feeling which I often don't feel. After the treatment finished a quick review and explanation of how I would feel after was explained again very useful. And a brief discussion of further treatments I could have with no pressure added. After a few days I am noticing subtle changes and benefits.

I would recommend anyone to go to red dee it such a relaxing and professional establishment and the lady Dawn hickton made me feel at ease

Thank you to Red Dee and special mention to Carron Johnson for the most amazing Reiki massage today, never having had a Reiki massage before I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever encountered. I have been going to RedDee on a regular basis for quite a while, I have always been greeted & made welcome by the ladies they are a fabulous team and they do a fantastic job. They are Denise,Dawn,Carron and Pat.I started going and had my 1st ever massage with Pat it was out of this world thoroughly enjoyed it.I have also had massages with Carron who also does fantastic 1's.Then I decided I needed to try something different a Reiki massage for a change and I'm so glad I did.I have been going to Dawn for this treatment for quite a while now and it's so beneficial for my health as I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis I feel so relaxed and I feel the difference as soon as I have had my treatment,but even after a few days I still feel great not in half as much pain,It's so beneficial for me.The ladies do such a fantastic job and they will do all that they can to help you individually for your needs.I am so glad that I gave it a go. Many thanks to Denise for helping to ease the tension and soreness in my shoulders with a very relaxing massage.
