How long have you been in business?
Samantha has been working in the cleaning industry for 15 years as well as care of the elderly for 20years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring our own equipment and cleaning products. We offer professional cleaning products for all cleans we can also offer eco cleans with natural homemade cleaning for residential if required.

I have worked independently for many years and we decided to open a family business to take on more work.

We are currently working towards training certification to provide training in different areas such as alcohol licensing, first aid, safety at work which some will be done virtually. This will be fingers crossed launching in 2023.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure professional quality cleaning products that are aimed at killing germs, we also provide PPE for staff and we completed high speed COVID-19 training.
End of Tenancy
End of Tenancy cleans are carried out 2-3 days after the tenant has vacated the property and all items are removed. These cleans are top to bottom cleans of all surfaces, inside and out of all cupboards, descaling of bathrooms and thorough cleaning of bath and toilets. It also includes oven cleaning , hood degreasing, windows inside and frames, dusting off all light fixtures and fittings. Additional services may includes outdoor windows, carpet upholstery steam cleaning. This services is guaranteed for 72 hrs, we will provide a certificate of clean for the landlord and will return if up-to 72 hrs if anything has been missed. Quotes will be given on request and will be based on size and condition of property.
Weekly/Fortnightly clean
Regular clean that consists of dusting & polishing, hovering and mopping, bathroom and toilet cleans, kitchen clean and disinfected, general tidy, mirror cleans.
Additional services can be added such as bedding change, inside windows cleaning, organising of rooms etc all services would be discussed initially and a checklist would be provided of what would be completed before commencement. Any extra service could be discussed the week before and added if required.
Spring Clean
This is a one off clean that can be monthly, six monthly and services will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement, dependent on size 1-2 members of staff maybe required this would be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.
Home Help
We offer a home home help service alongside our weekly/fortnightly cleans. With many years dementia and care of the elderly experience, we understand that sometimes help is required with shopping and with drs visitors and we are happy to do this, this would be charged separately from cleaning and could be agreed upon in advanced. Where any money is needed to be exchanged for shopping etc, amounts would be agreed upon and signed for to protect our staff and ensure peace of mind to families.
Builders Cleans
We offer builders cleans quotations for this are available on request.
Office and business cleans
We offer business cleans for offices and this would consist of hoovering, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens and toilets, hovering entrance points and keeping visitor areas clean and tidy.
